Customer Service

Our caring staff has extensive knowledge of both provider and member needs and the drive to continually improve their experience by taking ownership of every issue and finding resolution quickly and efficiently.

We partner with you to design a service model that meets specific operational metrics such as average time to answer, abandon rates, etc. and then determines the necessary staffing requirements. Plus, we can also assist in analyzing different requirements/staffing models. In one example, we helped one of our larger clients identify a 20% reduction in staffing with no measurable change in customer service or decrease in call center operational metrics.

Our customer service technology platform provides the call center team with access to all information related to benefits, including claims status, claims history, eligibility, provider status and digital images of claims and cancelled checks. The end result... our focus on staff and technology enables us to insure that 98% of all of inquiries are resolved on first contact.

Claims Processing

We understand that there are variables when it comes to processing claims. Whether automated or manual, when a claim is entered, reviewed, delivered or appealed, each point of the process can be a potential risk. We evaluate the cycle of a claim with an eye on results. Let's be sure we're paying the right amounts, we're saving time and we're serious about compressing steps in a scalable way. Last year, we processed millions of claims and learned from every one.

Billing, Collections, and Support
